Join your hosts at American Tractor, as they scour the countrysides, cities and junkyards for vintage Ford tractors, their parts, pieces and assorted paraphernalia! With adventures galore, who in their right mind wouldn't think that this is just about the most fun on earth... that is still legal!?

American Tractor keeps adding to its inventory. This past year welcomed that ever elusive Ford 8N into the fold, and most recently a 1956 Ford 650 with that wonderful yet crazy 5 speed transmission. Do you need to know the "secret handshake" to shift gears? Perhaps.... but that makes it all the more special! Just think how impressive it can be when someone comes up to you and asks, "Is that your 5 speed shifter or are you just happy to see me?". Yes folks it DOES pop straight up, just like 'ole Henry said it would!

April 29, 2009 - RaceTalkRadio.com's Lori Munro and Dennis Michelsen did their "Doin Donuts" show LIVE in the shop here. There was lots of pickin and lots of grinnin. You can hear an archive of the show by clicking the picture at the right. It will open up in your Windows media player. These people are nuts. They cover all kinds of racing and primarily focus on NASCAR

Just click on the show poster at right and you'll hear the show!! -->

  • Ford Jubilee engine completely rebuilt and ready to roll. Lots of sandblasting and painting during the summer of '06 and we're pretty close to rolling this baby out the door under its own power!
  • Ford 2N now moved to new indoor storage facility after once again spending its summer as a lawn ornament.
  • Franken-tractor - has been parted out almost beyond recognition to remove wasp nest; but once again towed around American Tractor compound just because we can!
